令和2年7月豪雨およびコロナ禍の高齢者への影響－熊本県ケアマネジャー調査からの報告－ The Impact of the July 2020 Rainfall and the Coronavirus on Older Adults － Report from a survey of care managers in Kumamoto Prefecture － 大塚, 理加 オオツカ, リカ OHTSUKA, Rika 大塚 オオツカ OHTSUKA 理加 リカ Rika 涌井, 智子 ワクイ, トモコ WAKUI, Tomoko 涌井 ワクイ WAKUI 智子 トモコ Tomoko 粟田, 主一 アワタ, シュイチ AWATA, Shuichi 粟田 アワタ AWATA 主一 シュイチ Shuichi 令和2年7月豪雨，コロナ禍，地域高齢者，地域包括支援センター，介護支援専門員 July 2020 rainstorm, Coronavirus, Community-dwelling older adults, Community comprehensive support center, Certified care manager 令和2 年7 月豪雨とコロナ禍における在宅高齢者への影響について，熊本県の介護支援専門員を対象として，web によるアンケート調査を実施した．その結果，被災による在宅介護サービスの休止は被災後の高齢者の健康被害の一因である可能性が示唆された．コロナ禍においても在宅介護サービスの休止は高齢者の機能の低下や健康状態の悪化に関連していることが示された．また，被災地の居宅介護支援専門員へのインタビュー調査からは，高齢者の災害対応・対策において，地域包括支援センターと他部署，多機関が協力することの重要性が示唆された． We conducted a web-based survey of long-term care manager in Kumamoto Prefecture about the impact of the July 2020 rainstorms and the coronavirus pandemic on older adults receiving in-home care. The results suggested that the suspension of in-home long-term care services due to disasters may be one of the factors contributing to the health problems of older adults after a disaster. The suspension of long-term care services was also shown to be related to the decline in function and worsening health of older adults even during the coronavirus pandemic.
