          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">文部科学省「大都市大震災軽減化特別プロジェクト」の一環として、臨海部の液状化に伴う地盤の側方流動現象を把握するために、長さ16 m x 幅4 m x 高さ4.5 mの直方体剛土槽内に作製された海・ケーソン式護岸・群杭基礎構造物を有する実 大規模模型に対して、震動実験を実施しました。側方流動時の地盤の挙動や、杭基礎構造物の地震時破壊過程を解明するため、約900チャ ネルのセンサ等により、地盤・構造物の変位や土圧・水圧の変化を計測しました。得られた結果から、地盤の液状化により護岸が損傷する過程について、詳細なデータが得られました。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">As part of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's “Special Project for Mitigating the Effects of Major Earthquakes in Urban Areas”, a shaking table test was conducted on a full-scale model of a sea, caisson-type seawall, and pile foundation structure right behind the seawall, which was constructed in a 16 m long x 4 m wide x 4.5 m high rectangular rigid soil container, in order to understand the lateral spreading phenomenon of the ground due to liquefaction in the coastal area. In order to clarify the behavior of the ground during lateral spreading and the failure process of the pile foundation during an earthquake, the displacement of the ground and structures, as well as changes in soil pressure and water pressure, were measured using approximately 900 channels of sensors. The results obtained provided detailed data on the process of damage to the seawall due to liquefaction of the ground.</datacite:description>
