          <dc:description>本稿では，2024年11月19日（火）に開催された「ICTを活用した愛知県実動機関合同救助訓練」において実施した，内閣府SIP第3期「スマート防災ネットワークの構築」のサブ課題C「災害実動機関における組織横断の情報共有・活動」の一環として研究開発中のSIP4D-Xedge を活用した災害時の情報入力，共有に係る実証実験の報告をする．この実証実験では，一般道を使用した参集訓練において，消防，警察，自衛隊，地方整備局の4 機関がお互いに覚知した道路被害情報や道路通行実績をSIP4D-Xedge に共有しながら情報連携を行った．また，実証実験参加機関へのインタビュー調査等を通じて，実災害対応時における被災地侵入において実動機関同士が情報を共有することの有用性やシステムの改善事項について確認した．</dc:description>
          <dc:description>Cabinet Office’s Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) Phase 3 “Development of a Smart Network System against Natural Disaster” Sub-Theme C “Cross-organizational information sharing and utilization in field response agencies” at the “Field response agencies Joint Rescue Drill in Aichi Prefecture with Information and Communication Technology (ICT)” held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. In this trial test, road damage information and road traffic records were input into SIP4D-Xedge by four field response agencies, Fire department, Police officer, Self-Defense Forces and Chubu Regional Development Bureau. Information was shared via the SIP4D-Xedge and utilized for on-site information collection activities and for the selection of access routes when advancing to On Site Operational Coordination Center. After the trial tests, interviews were conducted for the participating organizations to confirm the effectiveness of SIP4D-Xedge against large-scale disasters, as well as issues and points to be improved, in preparation for the development of SIP4D-Xedge in the third phase of SIP.</dc:description>
