B3 (Ocean Engineering)","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地球温暖化による台風の強大化と海面上昇の影響により,深刻な甚大な高潮災害が発生することが危惧されている.また,地震後に陸域地盤が沈下した場合,より一層の甚大な浸水災害が生じる可能性がある.昨今,南海トラフ地震の発生が懸念されている中,地震後の高潮災害への対策について議論することは重要である.そこで,本研究では,大阪港沿岸部を対象に,南海トラフ巨大地震後に,既往台風あるいは巨大台風が襲来したときの高潮浸水解析を行い,現状の海岸施設の防護レベルについて検討した.その結果,地震発生後に,海岸・河川堤防等の防護施設が機能しない沿岸部に長期滞在することは危険で,小規模の台風が襲来した場合においても人的・物的被害を拡大する可能性があることを示した.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":" There has been concerns about catastrophic storm surge disaster under the intensification of typhoon and sea level rise due to the global warming. In the case that the subsidence of ground level occurs after earthquake, there is possibility of further huge inundation disaster. Thus, it would be of importance that countermeasures against storm surge after earthquake is taken because the occurrence possibility of Nankai trough huge earthquake is feared. In this study, storm surge inundation simulations were conducted under the circumstance that Second Muroto typhoon or virtual Super Muroto typhoon hits Osaka Port after Nankai trough huge earthquake.
