B3 (Ocean Engineering)","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,サンゴやウミショウブなど,多様な生物相を有している西表島崎山湾および網取湾を対象とし,可搬型蛍光X線分析装置と画像解析技術を用い,サンゴ礁リーフや河口干潟,流入河川における底質の元素組成や粒径・色の特徴を把握するとともに,その空間的な特徴を明らかにした.採取した76地点の底質より,13の化学元素が共通的に検出された.両湾の湾口では生物由来の底質であることを示すカルシウム(Ca)含有量が卓越しており,その空間分布は湾奥からの距離におおよそ比例して増加していた.また,調査地点の1/3において,コバルト(Co)が河川や両湾の干潟,東側リーフで検出された.底質の元素含有量,粒径および色情報を用いた階層的クラスター分析により,その特徴は湾奥から湾口に向かって空間的に分割されることがわかった.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":" Geochemical characteristics and properties of coastal sediment in Sakiyama and Amitori bays, Iriomote Island, Okinawa, were analyzed with field-portable X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) instrument and digital image analysis technique. 13 of chemical elements were detected and the contents were measured from 76 sediment samples which were collected in the coral-reef, tidal flats, rivers and its mouths by diver-sampling in August 2015 and May 2016. Calcium (Ca) content of the sediment was significantly enhanced with increasing distance from inmost of the bays. Digital image analysis was used to valuate the sediment diameter and its image colors.
