真","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2017年度より始まった首都圏レジリエンスプロジェクトでは、従来の社会科学・理学・工学の各学問分野の協力に加えて、民間企業をはじめとした様々な機関との連携により、オールジャパンの体制で研究開発を進めている。防災分野における企業・組織の課題解決、事業継続能力の向上に資することを目的に、初年度よりデータ利活用協議会が立ち上がり、毎年度4回のシンポジウムが開催される等の活動が行われてきた。理学分野を担うサブプロジェクト(b)「官民連携による超高密度地震動観測データの収集・整備」では、①「官民連携超高密度観測データの収集・整備」と②「マルチデータインテグレーションシステムの検討」の二つの大きな課題があり、②はさらに5つの個別研究課題から構成されている。①「官民連携超高密度観測データの収集・整備」では、首都圏地震観測網（MeSO-net）を安定的に運用することで首都圏における稠密な地震動データの確実な収集を継続するとともに、データ受信システム等の高度化も実施した。②「マルチデータインテグレーションシステムの検討」では、コンビニ店舗内での試験地震観測や首都圏版強震モニタの公開を開始した。またMeSO-net観測点での臨時の地表地震観測を継続し増幅特性の推定を進めた。スマートフォン地震計での観測を拡大するための募集サイトや設置治具の高度化や揺れデータを伝送する無線機の高度化及び試験観測も実施した。さらに、MeSO-net等から得られるデータを活用し、首都圏や伊豆地方の地下構造モデルの高度化、関東下の地震活動や余震活動の予測モデルの高度化、成田空港及びその周辺での臨時観測や古文書による安政江戸地震時の被害調査を実施した。引き続き2020年度も、MeSO-netの安定運用やデータ利活用協議会との連携等により首都圏における大量の地震データを収集し、地震直後の首都圏の揺れの様子を超高解像度で把握可能にするとともに、過去の大地震の揺れの推定や将来の大地震による揺れの予測等に資するデータ解析手法を高度化することで、官民一体の総合的な事業継続や災害対応、個人の防災行動等に貢献するデータの収集・整備を進めていく。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"防災科学技術研究所"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255818386":"jpn"}]},"item_1617186901218":{"attribute_name":"Funding
