F6 (Safety Problem)","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今後発生する南海トラフの巨大地震による被害は，個々の組織にとどまらず広域的な災害が発生し，地域が機能不全に陥る恐れがある．このため地域継続の観点からハード対策及び復旧箇所の優先順位を事前に合意形成を図って決定し，発災直後から各組織が戦略的に行動できる指針を定めておく必要がある．この戦略的計画が地域継続計画(District Continuity Plan：DCP )であり，その策定が求められている．<br> 事業継続計画（Business Continuity Plan：BCP）は，組織の機能停止を想定し，重要業務に優先度を付加して事業サービス継続のための対策を立案するものである．対策の検討にあたっては，事業継続戦略の意思決定は事業組織の責任者に依存する．一方，DCPの策定プロセスには様々な組織が介在するため，意思決定に資する共通の判断基準が必要である．<br> 本研究では，香川地域を対象に実施したDCP策定事例から，DCP策定指針と今後の課題について述べる．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"In the future, huge damages have been predicted caused by great earthquakes along the Nankai trough. Referring to the case of the Eastern Japan Great Earthquake, there is a risk of damage over a wide area, as well as individual organizations, the region become to be dysfunctional. Kagawa Prefecture is expected as a base for disaster prevention of the Shikoku region, it is necessary to develop a District Continuity Plan (DCP) as soon as possible.<br>?Business Continuity Plan (BCP) formulate measures to ensure availability of business services. BCP is assumed that organization stops functioning. BCP prioritize the important business to continue to function in the organization. Determining the business continuity strategy is a decision of the chief executive.
