 note = {本研究では，自然災害情報室が保有する災害調査写真のデジタルアーカイブを公開することを目的としてSOP を開発した．調査情報をWeb-GIS で公開するための作業手順書とアクションカードを作成した．実際の現場活動に本SOP を適用した結果，専門知識や経験が少ない職員であっても，一定の品質で効率的に作業が実行できた．他方，職員の経験の多寡がSOP の実施効率に影響を与えた．また，ハードウェア・ソフトウェアの更新時には，既存SOP との整合性を検討できるベテランの存在が不可欠であった．, In this study, standard operating procedures (SOPs) were developed for releasing the digital archive of disaster survey photographs held by the Disaster Information Library. We developed a work procedure and action cards for publishing survey information in Web-GIS. As a result of applying the SOPs to field activities, even staff with limited expertise and experience were able to perform their tasks efficiently and to a certain level of quality.
However, the level of experience of the staff determined how efficient they were in implementing the SOPs.
Also, when updating the hardware and software, it was essential to have experienced staff who could examine the consistency of the new SOPs with the existing SOPs.},
