 note = {本稿では，2024年11月8日に開催された「令和6年度緊急消防援助隊愛知県大隊合同訓練」および2024年12月21日，22日に開催された「令和6年度緊急消防援助隊中部ブロック合同訓練」おいて実施した，内閣府SIP第3期「スマート防災ネットワークの構築」のサブ課題C「災害実動機関における組織横断の情報共有・活動」の一環として研究開発中のSIP4D-Xedgeを活用した災害時の情報入力，共有に係る実証実験の報告をする．
この実証実験では，実動機関における消防機関を中心に，SIP4D-Xedgeへ道路被害情報や救出，救助活動情報等を入力し，適切な応援要請や実動機関間の連携に寄与するかを検証した．また，実証実験後の実証実験参加機関へのインタビュー調査等を通じて，社会実装に向けて反映すべきSIP4D-Xedgeの重要要件等について確認した．, In this paper, we report on trial tests using the SIP4D-Xedge prototype, which is being developed as part of the Cabinet Office’s Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) Phase 3 “Development of a Smart Network System against Natural Disaster” Sub-Theme C “Cross-organizational information sharing and utilization in field response agencies” at the “FY2024 Emergency Firefighting Assistance Team Aichi Prefecture Joint Battalion Training Drill” held on 8 November 2024, and “FY2024 Emergency Fire Response Teams Chubu block Joint Drill” held on 21 and 22 December 2024. In these trial tests, damage and lifesaving information was input into the SIP4D-Xedge prototype mainly by the fire department of the field response agencies to verify whether it contributes to appropriate requests for support and cooperation between the field response agencies. After the trial tests, interviews were conducted for the participating organizations to confirm the SIP4D-Xedge requirements to be reflected for social implementation.},
