In this paper, a simple mechanism for lifting objects by temporarily setting the load to zero was devised by applying basic techniques of kobujutsu (Japanese ancient martial arts). The accuracy of this mechanism was confirmed by simulation and experiment. This mechanism reveals that the speed of reflection of signals by the brain is important to essentially increase the output of human muscles, enabling efficient and simple movements. It is suggested that the method of lifting objects revealed in this paper is not limited to martial arts and other sports fields but could be applied to a wide range of fields such as nursing care and agricultural work. The development and evaluation of the simple object lifting technique demonstrated in this paper is expected to activate and improve the motor skills of the public and have a positive impact on health maintenance activities.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Research Square Platform LLC","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_10001_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.21203/rs.3.rs-2653789/v1"}}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hajime Shiraishi","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"Hajime Shiraishi","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Taisuke Sakaki","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"Taisuke Sakaki","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Makoto Iwamura","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"Makoto Iwamura","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Haruhiro Shiraishi","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"Haruhiro Shiraishi","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_title":"Development and Evaluation of a Simple Load Lifting Technique Applying Japanese Ancient Martial Arts","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Development and Evaluation of a Simple Load Lifting Technique Applying Japanese Ancient Martial Arts","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Development and Evaluation of a Simple Load Lifting Technique Applying Japanese Ancient Martial Arts","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"40001","owner":"7","path":["1670839190650"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2025-09-01"},"publish_date":"2025-09-01","publish_status":"0","recid":"7306","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Development and Evaluation of a Simple Load Lifting Technique Applying Japanese Ancient Martial Arts"],"weko_creator_id":"7","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-09-01T01:00:50.474220+00:00"}
