 note = {本稿では，内閣府SIP第3期「スマート防災ネットワークの構築」サブ課題C「災害実動機関における組織横断の情報共有・活動」の研究開発に資することを目的として，平成28年熊本地震，令和元年東日本台風，令和2年7月豪雨における活動調整会議に係る実動機関へのインタビュー調査を実施した結果を報告する．インタビュー調査を通じて，活動調整会議における情報集約，不足情報，活動調整会議における調整事項や課題に関する様々な意見を聴取するとともに，サブ課題Cにおいて研究開発すべき重要要件が抽出された．, This paper reports the results of interview surveys conducted with field response agencies involved in activity coordination meetings during the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake, the 2019 Eastern Japan Typhoon and the July 2020 Heavy Rainfall. The surveys aimed to contribute to the research and development of Cabinet Office’s Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) Phase 3 “Development of a Smart Network System against Natural Disaster” Sub-Theme C “Cross-organizational information sharing and utilization in field response agencies”.
Through the interview surveys, NIED gathered various opinions on the information aggregated and lacking at the activity coordination meetings, as well as on the coordination items and challenges within these meetings. Furthermore, key requirements for research and development under Sub-Theme C were identified.},
