First, we will introduce the first phase of the Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) and one of its challenges, “Enhancement of Societal Resiliency against Disasters”. Next, in the Michinoku-ALERT 2018, we will report about a demonstration experiment that wide area cooperation of disaster information was planned using Tohoku 6 prefectures and the JGSDF North Eastern Army Headquarters utilizing SIP4D (Shared Information Platform for Disaster management) and the SIP4D utilization system. Finally, based on the results of the  demonstration  experiment  in  the  Michinoku-ALERT  2018,  we  will  report  about  AAR  (After  Action  Review)  held  by  the  person  in  charge  of  each  prefecture  and  the  SDF.  Through  this  activity,  we  were  able  to  confirm  the  effectiveness of information sharing by the system.
