内容記述 | In Malaysia, slope disasters have occurred frequently in urban areas and along the highways. An understanding of areas at potential risk of landslides is absolutely essential for reducing effects of these disasters. Therefore, it is considered effective to make a hazard map by using detailed results of research into landslides after zoning areas that have a high risk of collapse. As the first step of making hazard map, an extensive map is made that indicates areas of a potential landslide. Geology, terrain, rainfall, vegetative condition, et al. are considered to cause landslides 121. The authors focused on geology, weathering of rock, and rainfall to analyze their localities and also identify the characteristics of areas in which landslides have occurred 131. This paper is intended, to provide an extensive hazard map of landslides considering geology, weathering of rocks, and total rainfall by using a method of scoring. As a result, an extensive hazard map was completed that shows the potential areas of landslides. In the future, the extensive hazard map will have to be expanded to make it more reliable by adding the past slope disaster history into the database, and ensuring all information is highly accurate. | |||||||||||
