The sample consists of all households of survivors in Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture. Panel data at four points in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 are used. As a result of analysis using the fixed-effect model, the importance of the sense of recovery of the lives of the doctors, jobs, and housing, which was revealed in the recovery study after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, was reconfirmed.
