| 内容記述 | 本研究は、災害時要援護者を対象とした個別避難支援プログラムの策定のために、災害時の個人情報提供への同意・不同意の意思決定に影響を与える要因を探索することである。民生委員を対象としたワークショップから得られたキーワードをもとに質問紙を作成し、精華町の災害時要援護者情報システムに登録されている対象者を母集団とする計量調査を行った。結果、民生委員に対する信頼が非常に重要な要因であることが明らかになった。東日本大震災の経験を活かし、民生委員を中心に他機関で連携しつつ情報の収集と共有にあたることができるよう、各自治体がバランスを取りつつ条例や要綱を用いて対策を進めていくことが求められる。論文(Article) | |||||||||||||||||
