Since 2013 we have been studying large-scale flood countermeasures based on workshops involving local cooperation in Kagawa Prefecture\u0027s Chusan area (the Doki River basin). When large-scale flood damage occurs, a response as a unified community is required from the viewpoint of regional continuity, and consideration of a DCP (District Continuity Plan) is necessary to maintain regional functions.
