本稿では，災害現場で活動する実動機関の1 つである消防における災害対応に着目して，災害時の情報共有のために準備している計画・導入しているシステム・指令台システム・消防団との連携・導入を希望しているが実現出来ていないシステムや機能の有無の実態を把握するべく，愛知県内の34 消防本部（局）を対象としたアンケート調査を実施した結果について整理した．アンケートを通して，消防が災害対応時に管理している情報や，平時と大規模災害時における出動基準・消防団との連絡系統の違いなどを確認した． |

This report summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey of 34 fire departments in Aichi Prefecture, focusing on disaster response by fire departments, which are one of the field response agencies working at the scene of disaster. This report includes the actual status of plans for information sharing during disasters, systems introduced, fire command post systems, cooperation with fire brigades, and the existence of systems and functions that are desired to be introduced but have not yet been realized. |
