| 内容記述 | 本書は，新総合防災情報システム（SOBO-WEB），あるいはSIP4D（府省庁連携防災情報共有システム）で共有される様々な災害地図情報を各機関において活用するために開発されたOpen-Xedgeの技術仕様書および同解説である．各機関は，Open-Xedgeを用いて，災害情報システムを構築することもできるが，本書に示される仕様を踏襲することで，独自にSOBO-WEBおよびSIP4Dを活用するためのシステムを構築できるようになる． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This document is a technical specification and explanation of Open-Xedge, which was developed to enable organizations to utilize various disaster map information shared on various platforms, including SIP4D (Shared Information Platform for Disaster Management) and SOBO-WEB, operated by the Cabinet Office. Although each organization can build its own disaster information system using Open-Xedge, by following the specifications in this document, it is also possible to build a system for independent utilizing SOBO-WEB and SIP4D. | |||||
