N²EM is a volunteer organization formed on May 24, 2019 with the aim of conducting information support activities on online to create and utilize geospatial information for disaster response. In normal times, N²EM collects and creates open data based on disaster-related information published by local governments, etc. When the disaster occurs, N²EM carry out disaster response activities by converting various disaster-related information published by local governments, etc. into open data.
