| 内容記述 | 災害時の避難生活において，入浴は重要な要素の1 つであり，衛生的な環境の維持や，避難者の健康管理のために，入浴機会の確保は必要である．本調査では，地方公共団体による入浴支援に着目し，令和元年東日本台風（台風第19 号）における長野市の入浴支援の実態の調査を実施した．長野市による入浴支援として，公の入浴施設・民間入浴施設の避難者無料入浴支援，自衛隊による入浴支援，循環型シャワー設置による入浴支援が確認された．また，長野市による支援の特色の1 つとして，発災後に長野市災害対策本部の関係部署が連携したチームが設置され，速やかに入浴施設を選定し支援する取り組みが実施された． During the evacuation life in the time of disaster, bathing is the one of the most important thing. Ensuring bathing opportunities are important thing to maintain a clean environment and to manage evacuee’s health care. In this study, we focus on the bathing support of the local government, we had a research on the bathing support of Nagano city during the Reiwa 1 East Japan Typhoon (TY1919, Hagibis). Nagano city provided these supports, opening its public and private bathing facilities to the public, bathing support by the Self-Defense Forces, and the circulating showers. In addition, as one of the special features of the support by Nagano City, a special force was formed from the relevant departments of the Nagano Disaster Countermeasure Headquarters to quickly select and open the bathing facilities after the disaster occurred. |
