{"_buckets": {"deposit": "1100a32b-7511-4e58-8a29-e3fadbf895b4"}, "_deposit": {"created_by": 6, "id": "784", "owner": "1", "owners": [6], "pid": {"revision_id": 0, "type": "depid", "value": "784"}, "status": "published"}, "_oai": {"id": "oai:nied-repo.bosai.go.jp:00000784", "sets": []}, "author_link": [], "item_10001_biblio_info_7": {"attribute_name": "書誌情報", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"bibliographicIssueDates": {"bibliographicIssueDate": "2022-01-28", "bibliographicIssueDateType": "Issued"}, "bibliographicIssueNumber": "59", "bibliographicPageEnd": "28", "bibliographicPageStart": "15", "bibliographic_titles": [{"bibliographic_title": "主要災害調査", "bibliographic_titleLang": "ja"}, {"bibliographic_title": "Natural Disaster Research Report", "bibliographic_titleLang": "en"}]}]}, "item_10001_description_5": {"attribute_name": "抄録", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "2021年2月福島県沖の地震によって被害が生じた福島県，宮城県において，被害状況の特徴を把握するべく，現地調査を実施した．本調査では，2つの目的を設定した．1つは，今回の地震の被害推定の被害実態との誤差検証，もう1点は，新型コロナ感染症下の行政（避難所）対応状況についての調査である．調査は車内からと徒歩とで行い，撮影した写真は随時「令和3年2月福島県沖地震：災害調査写真マップ」で公開した．今回の地震の被害推定と被害実態との誤差については，調査した区域に限定した結果ではあるが，推定された家屋倒壊数ほどの被害は発生していなかったことが確認できた．宮城県山元町坂元地区に比べて地震動の影響は相対的に小さいと推定されていた福島県新地町の住宅地域では，軽微な被害ではあるが家屋の屋根損壊棟数が多く，坂元地区に次ぐ破損棟数の地域であったことがわかった．なお，現地での被害項目としては，ブロック塀の倒壊なども一部では確認できたが，大部分が屋根の破損であった．また，新型コロナ感染症下の避難所の受付はアクリル板で区切られ，消毒，検温が実施されていたが，今回はフェースシールド，防御服までは使われていなかった．今回の避難所で特筆すべきは，これまで避難所内では見ることのなかったテントが，感染防止とプライバシー保護のために用意されたことである．\nWe conducted a field survey in Fukushima and Miyagi Prefectures, which were damaged by the 2021 Fukushima Offshore Earthquake, in order to understand the characteristics of the damage. In this survey, we set two objectives: one was to verify the error in the estimation of the damage caused by the earthquake compared with the actual damage, and the other was to investigate the status of administrative (evacuation center) response under the COVID-19 infection countermeasures. The survey was conducted both from the car and on foot, and the photos taken were published on the “2021 Fukushima Offshore Earthquake: Disaster Survey Photo Map” as needed. As for the error between the estimated damage of the earthquake and the actual damage, it was confirmed that the damage was not as great as the estimated number of collapsed houses, although the results were limited to the surveyed area. In the residential area of Shinchi Town, Fukushima Prefecture, which was estimated to be relatively less affected by seismic motion than the Sakamoto area of Yamamoto Town, Miyagi Prefecture, the number of damaged roofs of houses was large, although the damage was minor, and the area was found to have the second largest number of damaged houses after the Sakamoto area. Some block walls were found to have collapsed, but most of the damage was to roofs. The reception area of the evacuation center for the new coronary disaster was separated by an acrylic panel, and disinfection and temperature checks were conducted, but face shields and protective clothing were not used this time.
