Among them, we discussed the methodologies related to data handling and the issues that have been identified, and the COP (common operational picture: used by each member participating in disaster response as a common information reference) utilization method created using GIS and its effectiveness, which occurred when conducting information sharing in Cross-organization. By centrally aggregating the information held by each organization and creating a cross-organizational COP, it became clear that it may greatly contribute to the speeding up and efficiency of disaster response.
